Return/Exchange/Refund Policy

Chenzon Coley will accept the item for refund/exchange (where applicable) in case of:

You notify Us before returning the Product by email and send us relevant photos of the product

We will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and other components included, when accompanied by an original Chenzon Coley receipt/invoice or gift receipt. 

Returned items must not be washed, worn or altered. 

We do not accept returns of Clearance items or items sold in discount, special deals. 

Where you are returning a Registered Product because it has a fault, We will provide you with a postage paid returns label. Otherwise If you have returned unregistered Products to Us because they are misdescribed or fault within the period of 14 days of the receipt of the item, We will either offer you a replacement Product or refund the product price of the defective Product and any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to You. 

If you return any Registered Product to Us for any reason other than misdescription or fault, We will refund you the product price you paid to us after We have received the Product back in new, unused condition otherwise, where We agree to accept the return of the Product, We may deduct an amount that We consider at Our sole discretion is appropriate from the amount of the refund payable to you.

When returning a Product, suitable packaging should be used by you to ensure that the Product does not get damaged in transit whilst being returned. Please note that you should include a note with the Product being returned that clearly shows your order number, name and address, the reason for the return of the Product.

When returning the Product, always ensure that you obtain a Chenzon Coley receipt but also, the proof of posting from the relevant delivery agent so that if the Product does not arrive to Us, you can prove that it was actually posted back to Us and when.

or You may be asked to return them directly to Our production workshops in Europe and the US. 

Exchanges and repairs are usually processed within 14 calendar days of Our receipt of the returned Product, but please allow up to 31 calendar days depending on the exact issue. Most refunds are processed within just a few days of Our receipt of the returned Product, but please allow up to 7 calendar days from the date of Our receipt of the returned Product.
