Based on our experience deliveries to the USA and Central Europe usually take about 3-8 working days to arrive at their destination; deliveries to Eastern Europe and Asia usually take about 5-10 working days; and deliveries to Australia, Asia and South America usually take about 7-12 working days to arrive at their destination (except of the Remote Areas as explained in our Terms and Conditions).
If there is any fault in the construction, hardware, or structural integrity of your CHENZON COLEY bag we are more than happy to accommodate a repair free of charge. Depending on the repair, most can be repaired within two to three weeks.
In addition to and separate from the manufacturers guarantee of 12 months for all the Chenzon Coley's products, Chenzon Coley guarantees the craftsmanship of its leather Products only for a period of 5 years from the date of its manufacture (aka the “Craftsmanship Guarantee”) including stitching becoming undone due to a craftsmanship error, a buckle breaking due to fractured iron casting, a rivet breaking, a strap breaking from carrying normal loads, etc.
The Craftsmanship Guarantee does not apply to any defect in a Product arising from:
- fair wear and tear;
- wilful damage, neglect, abnormal storage, accident, negligence by you or by any third party;
- if you fail to use the Product in accordance with any user or Product maintenance information that we issue with Our Product;
- any alteration or repair by you or by a third party; and
- any specification provided by you.
Your authentic leather tote, purse or bag is a quality item that is designed to last for many years with proper care. This means keep your bag safely stored away from light, dust and moisture. Chenzon Coley also wants to help you keep your bag in top shape with our +5 Extended Warranty & Maintenance Plan.

CHENZON COLEY bags are constructed with full-grain leather. Using an organic dye method, our leather is fully saturated from top to bottom in order to develop the richest color tones possible. The leather process is completed with a wax finish, thus creating a forgiving and durable material to build our products from.
We are very proud to design, cut, and sew all CHENZON COLEY products in our workshops in Europe (Italy, Ukraine) and the USA. The leather we use is hand-selected by our team and is of the highest quality. With the exception of our Ukrainian bags, the leather we use is tanned in Tuscany, Italy at a fifth-generation family owned tannery.
CHENZON COLEY is a direct-to-consumer company, meaning that we don’t sell our bags through department stores, boutiques, or other retailers. We have chosen not to sell them through these retailers to avoid the traditional 100% markup that is the standard with wholesaling. We are excited to share that we have committed to remain a direct-to-consumer company, and thus offer you our best prices on our bags every day! With that said, we are not able to offer sales due to our tight margins.
